How It Works

Using The Perfect Witness could not be easier.  In fact, just follow these three steps:

1. DECIDE WHETHER YOU WANT A PAY PER USE OR MONTHLY ACCOUNT

Once you click on “Getting Started,” you can chose to purchase a one-time use of the program for $119, which can be purchased using PayPal.  Once you select the Pay Per Use option, you will be prompted to fill in necessary information so that the program can be emailed to your witness. Upon payment confirmation, your witness will be sent an email with a specific link and password, which will remain valid for 14 days.

2. CREATING A MONTHLY ACCOUNT

If you chose to create a monthly account, you will be prompted to fill out certain information concerning you, your firm and contact information.  Once you are approved, The Perfect Witness will approve your account and contact you via email.

After you create an account and are ready to send The Perfect Witness training program to a client or witness, all you have to do is click on the “Account” link in the menu.  Once you are logged in, all you do is click on the “Send Program to Witness” icon, finalize the form and tell us where to send the protected link and password so that your client or witness can watch the video program. Thereafter, your witness will receive an email containing a protected link and password and will have 14 days to complete the training. We will then bill you on a monthly basis and will provide a detailed invoice for each witness who viewed the program.

3. WAIT FOR THE RESULTS

Once your witness completes their training, you will receive an immediate notification.  When your witness completes the training, they can then print out the Resource Materials & Checklist provided online for review before the deposition day.
